摘要
研究了硫酸铁、硫酸亚铁、高铁酸钾、聚铁、聚硅硫酸铁分别作为混凝剂对草浆黑液酸析木质素后滤液的混凝处理,试验结果表明,硫酸铁的处理效果好,且操作工艺简单,在此基础上,采用三因子二次回归正交试验设计安排实验,研究证实原水样的CODCr值、混凝剂投加量以及助凝剂投加量是影响混凝试验的重要因素,并建立了回归方程。
The treatment of the filtrate of black papermaking liquor after lignin extraction in Acid Precipitation has been studied with five kinds of flocculant ferric sulfate, ferrous sulfate, potassium ferrate, polysilicon ferric sulfate and polyferric sulfate respectively. The tests show that the ferric sulfate provides a higher COD removal rate and the process is less complicated. Then a threefactor quadratic regression orthogonal experiment brings to a conclusion that CODCr of the original water sample, the amount of flocculent and the amount of assistant flocculant have significant influence on the CODCr removal efficiency. The optimum flocculation parameters are obtained, and the regressive equation is formulated.
