摘要
通过用图像采集卡采集的单色BMP图像检测金相中球墨数量和大小,编制了计算机模拟检测球墨数量及大小分布的系统软件,利用计算机对显微图像进行处理和识别,自动快速检测出球铁中的石墨球数量和大小.结果表明,此方法简便易行,比人工检测更趋合理,为控制生产中球铁件的质量提供了一种快速、准确的炉前金相检测方法.
Based on image processing technolgy, this paper introduced the research and development of system for recognizing and inspecting graphite in nodular iron, and the micrograph is processed and recognized by microcomputer in this system. The number and size of graphite nodular in nodular iron can be inspected automatically and quickly. This makes the inspection much more reasonable and accurate. So this method can be used widely.
