摘要
目的:观察应激状态下大鼠胃壁细胞结构的动态变化。方法:采用水浸束缚应激的方法,将32只SD大鼠随机分成对照组,应激1h、2h及4h组。取腺胃部粘膜制作光镜和电镜标本,观察胃粘膜组织学改变和壁细胞结构变化。结果:随应激时间延长胃粘膜损伤明显加重;电镜示对照组壁细胞呈静息状态,而应激1h、2h、4h组呈现不同的激活状态,且以4h为明显,壁细胞内分泌小管密集,囊泡基本消失,呈明显泌酸活跃状态。结论:水浸束缚应激可引起大鼠胃壁细胞结构改变,并与胃粘膜损伤程度有明显相关性。提示胃壁细胞结构变化在应激性溃疡发生中具有重要意义。
Objective: To study the dynamic structural changes of gastric parietal cells in rats under stress. Methods: Thirty-two male SD rats were randomly divided into control group and 1 h, 2 h, 4 h groups under water restraint stress (WRS). The histopathological changes of gastric mucosa were observed by light microscope and the structural changes of parietal cells were observed by transmission electron microscope (TEM). Results: With the prolongation of stress time, the gastric mucosal lesions were increased gradually and significantly under WRS compared with that of the control group. Parietal cells were in a resting state in control group, but became active in stress groups, especially in stress 4 h group, in which plenty of mitochromosomes and secreting cysts were observed under the TEM. The tubulovesicles were drastically depleted in maximal gastric acid secretion state. Conclusion: WRS may induce the structural changes of gastric parietal cells in rats, and it is correlated with the degree of gastric mucosal lesions. The results suggest that the structural changes of gastric parietal cells play an important role in the development of stress ulcer.
