摘要
将明恢 63,9311,IR68,献国和BG1639等 5个迟熟水稻品种与早籼核不育系 644 2S 7杂交 ,对F1,F2 代以及三交F1群体进行抽穗期遗传分析 .结果表明 ,9311,IR68,献国和BG1639等 4个迟熟品种含有 1对等位的显性抑制基因 ,可部分地抑制 644 2S 7显性早熟基因的表达 .以 644 2S 7∥明恢 63/ 9311三交F1群体为定位群体 ,利用微卫星标记将该抑制基因定位于水稻第 8染色体短臂上 .该抑制基因命名为Su Ef cd(t) ,并认为该基因对于利用 644 2S
A characteristic which suppresses the completely dominant earliness gene in the genic male sterile and early maturing indica line 6442S 7 was identified in four late maturing indica varieties, i.e. 9311,IR 63, Xianguo and BG1639. Genetic analysis of F 1 and F 2 progenies of 6442S 7 crossed with the four late maturing indica varieties and F 1 progenies of three way crosses between 6442S 7 and each F 1 of Minghui 63 crossed respectively with the four late maturing indica varieties indicated that these four late maturing indica vareties have an dominant allelic gene which partially suppresses the completely dominant earliness gene in 6442S 7. Based on F 1 progenies of the three way cross (6442S 7∥Minghui 63/9311), the dominant suppressing gene was localized at the short arm of chromosome 8 by microsatellite analysis. This gene is designated tentatively as Su Ef cd(t).The mapping of this new gene lay a foundation for the use of the dominant earliness gene in rice improvement and the dissection,cloning of the dominant suprressing gene.
