摘要
目的 :建立一种新的闭合性的间接性颞下颌关节创伤动物模型。方法 :以一定的力量撞击家兔一侧下颌角部 ,方向平行于双侧下颌角的连线 ,造成TMJ的间接损伤。结果 :施加于下颌角部的撞击力可间接性地引起双侧TMJ的损伤。关节附着撕裂、关节盘挫裂、疏松 ,呈虫蚀样改变 ,胶原纤维水肿。关节滑膜撕裂 ,颞骨关节面、髁突表面软骨碎裂 ,关节腔内出现碎屑、渗出等病理改变。结论 :本实验所建立的间接性TMJ损伤动物模型 ,操作简便 ,致伤力可控 ,具有一定的可重复性 ,可引起关节结构的损伤 ,其病理改变与人类相似 ,病变较典型 ,因此 ,该模型可作为研究间接性TMJ创伤的动物模型。
Objective:Indirect trauma to the mandible may cause injury of the TMJs.The aim of the study was to establish a new animal model, which could be used to evaluate the changes of TMJ after indirect trauma.Methods:15 rabbits were used in this study. The impact, applied from an angle-angle direction, produced injury of the TMJ.Results:The histological data demonstrated that the impact could produce damages of both TMJs.The articular discs and the cartilage of the condylar process and glenoid fossa were all involved.Shredding of the discs and joint surfaces were found and no hemarthrosis was observed.Conclusions:The changes of the TMJs after indirect trauma are similar to human's. And the model is much better for studying the TMJs after indirect trauma.
