摘要
本文论述了循证医学的背景、概念 ,指出了循证医学在针灸研究中的重要性 ,强调提高针灸科研人员素质 ,借鉴循证医学的方法指导针灸医学研究 ;提出了建立针灸医学分析系统数据库 ,充分利用网上资源 ;统一针灸临床疗效评价标准 ,多中心随机对照试验 ;吸取最佳证据 。
This paper deals with the background and the concept of evidence based medicine, points out the importance of evidence based medicine in acupmoxi research, emphasizes the improvement of acupmoxi researchers' stuff and the use for reference of the methods of evidence based medicine to direct research on acupmoxi medicine, and proposes the establishment of acupmoxi medical analysis system database, full use of web resources, unification of criteria for evaluating the clinical effects of acupmoxi treatment, practice of multicentral random control trials and selection of the best evidence for the further development of acupmoxi medicine.
