摘要
农民收入增长趋缓的原因是多方面的,既有国家宏观调控方面的,也有各级地方政府方面的,还有农民自身方面的。解决农民收入增长的途径应从国家、地方政府和农民三方面入手。
The causes why the peasants' income tends to become increasing slowly lie in many ways, including not only the country's macroecnomic controls and the local governments of all or different levels but the peasants themselves as well. Thus the solutions to this problem should begin with the country, the local government and the peasants.
