As modern technologies are widely applied in library,there is a crying need to innovate library management.The innovation can be conducted from the following aspects:the recombination and integration of institutional framwork,the integration of library document database,the establishment and perfection of date base,the management of electronic reading room,the moulding of library aesthetics.
