摘要
目的 探讨高危前列腺增生症 (BPH)的有效手术新方法。方法 采用经尿道前列腺汽化电切术治疗高危BPH 58例。结果 术后随访 3～ 6个月 ,IPSS评分平均 8.3分 ,最大尿流率平均 1 5 .2ml/s,残余尿量平均 2 5ml,未出现严重并发症 ,疗效满意。结论 汽化和电切结合治疗高危前列腺增生症是一种安全性高、并发症少、疗效确切的手术方法。
Objective To investigate the effective approach for the prostate in high risk patients with benign prostatic hy-perplasia. Methods 58 cases with higrisk BPH were treated by transurethral resection and transurethral vaporization of the prostate. All the cases had been followed up for 3～6 months.The average score of IPSS was 8.3,the average maximum uroflow metry was 15.2 ml/s and average residural urine was 25ml,There were no serious complications observed. Conclusion Combination of transurethal resection with vaporization of the prosate was a safe and effective method for transurethral resection of high risk BPH with less complications.
