摘要
美国社区学院在教师教育与培训方面具有一系列的优势,社区学院可以通过职前教师培训、与四年制大学合作、开展教育学士学位教育等途径开展教师教育。美国社区学院的实践对于我国目前的师范教育改革具有一定的借鉴意义。
This text analysed the demand reasons of the middle and primary school teachers in U.S.A.,the advantages of community institute in the respect of teachers'educating and training,recommend the way that the community institute launch teachers education.Practice of the community institute of American have certain reference meanings to the present education-al reform of normal school in our country.
