矿井水电化学特性的试验研究及其应用 被引量:4

摘要 矿井水是我国排放量最大的一类工业废水,本文从电化学角度分析了矿井水的净化机理。通过实际分析测试表明:矿井水中悬浮物属于半胶态体系,即悬浮体与胶态体的过渡体,带负电荷,其动电位介于-20 mV至-30 mV之间。聚合硫酸铁对矿井水的电中和能力较强,而聚合氯化铝对矿井水的混凝能力主要来自吸附架桥和网捕。 In all kinds of industrial wastewater,mine drainage is at most on the quantity.This paper analyzed the purification mechanism of mine drainage from electrochemistry characteristic based on Yanzhou, Xinwen and Huaibei mining districts. A series of contrast test about the coagulate effect of polyaluminium chloride and polymerization ferric sulfate used in mine drainage purification have been proceeded. From the result of practice analyses and test, a preliminary conclusion is obtained. The preliminary conclusion as follows: Suspended solids in mine drainage belong to semi - colloid - system namely between suspended system and colloid system.The zeta potential of mine drainage is positive charge and the zeta potential lies between - 20mV and - 30mV.PFS have powerful neutralization ability, absorbability and bridging effect,but PAC only has absorbability and bridging effect.PAM as assistant flocculent can improve the treatment result because it increases bridging and net catching.
