非放射性分子杂交法在乙肝病毒诊断中的应用与探讨

摘要 本文采用非放射性分子杂交法及其修改法测定人群中HBVBNA,并就此与酶标“两对半”进行比较。发现修改法HBVDNA阳性率为HBeAg阳性率的90.9%,HBeAg阴性患者中,HBVDNA阳性率为25.9%。修改法具有抗DNA酶降解的作用,使敏感度提高,特异性增强,标本易贮存,适合各级医疗单位开展此项工作。 Hepatitis B virus DNA(H B-VDNA) in common population was tested with spot-blot hydridization under non-radioactivity and its modification. These two methods were compared with Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. We found that the positive rate of HB VDNA was in 90.0% of HBeAg-positive and in 25.9% of HBeAg-Negative. The modification method had the function of combating the degradation of DNase and therefore could raise the sensitivityand specificity. Besides, the Samples were easily stored. We think that this method can be used in various medical units.
