摘要
本文报告应用聚肌胞合并3％无环鸟苷眼膏治疗上皮型和浅实质型单疱病毒性角膜炎41例(眼),总有效97.5％,平均治疗日4.6天,远期疗效观察一年半,仅发现二例复发,占5％,该法疗效可靠,方法简便。
41 eyes with keratitis (Types of epithelialis diffusa and pare-nchymatosa) owing to herpes simplex virus were treated with acidi polyinosini polycytidyli co. and 3% acycloguanosine aoe-vgclocir BM 24811. The t tal effective rate was 97.5%. The treating course was 4 days on an average, only 2 eyes (5%) recur red after one year. The author regards this treatment as a effective and simple one.
