摘要
本文应用红细胞C_3b受体花环试验和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验检测了32例正常人,33例肺心病患者。结果表明:肺心病患者红细胞C_3b受体花环率(17.15±4.91％)较对照组(21.91±7.01％)明显下降,而红细胞免疫复合物花环率(7.33±3.99％)则与对照组(5.94±2.44％)差异无显著性意义。肺心病患者红细胞免疫功能表现为原发性低下。
In order to evaluate the red-cell immune function in patients with chronic cor pulmonale(CCP), the ned-cell immune function(rep-resented by the rosette rate of er-ythrocyte C3b receptor and immune complex(IC), was measured by rosette forming test in 32 normal individuals and 33 patients with CCP. The results showed that the rosette rate of C3b receptor in patients was significantly lower than that of the controls (p<0.01), but there was no significant difference in rosette rate of IC between the two groups (p>0.05), The red-cell immune function in patients with CCP showed primary deficiency.
