摘要
本文报告我院1989年10月至1991年10月经尿道前列腺电切术32例,大多是年老体弱、并发高血压病、心肺脑疾病者,全部治愈。术后早期发生出血2例,术中出现冲洗液渗漏3例。本文说明了经尿道前列腺电切术治疗前列腺肥大症的优越性,提出术后出血,术中冲洗液渗漏的原因及防治.
From October 1989 to October 1991 thirty—two cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia have been cured by the method of transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).The vast majorty of the patients were in old age with hypertenson or with different problems of heart,lungs and brain.There were 2 cases happened after the operations with bleeding and 3 cases happened with leakage of washing liquid during the operations.The advantage of TURP for benign prostatic hyperplasia and the causes of the happenings of the bleeding and the leakage of washing liquid as well as the way of prevention and its management were discussed.
