摘要
新世纪头 2 0年 ,是我国重要的战略机遇期 ,面临从低层次小康向较高层次小康转变 ,从不全面的小康向经济文化共荣的小康转变 ,从发展不平衡的小康向东西协调发展、城乡一体化的小康转变的重要战略任务。只有积极稳妥地推进这“三大转变” 。
The first twenty years of this century is our motherland's important opportunity period of strategy,there will be an important strategy task that will be changing our well-to-do society from lower to higher gradation,from one-sided to the thriving of economy mixed with culture,from developing disequilibrium to coordinated growth between east and west China and merging into an organic whole between the cities and the villages.Only those three important changes are promoted actively and stably,the new task of building an overall well-to-do society raised in the Sixteenth Congress of Party will become true.
