摘要
对教师队伍的管理首先是师德教育。师德即教师的职业道德 ,是教师职责所规定的道德认识和行为规范。地方高师院校的教育活动 ,不仅仅是传授知识 ,更重要的是培养学生自觉、积极、主动的学习习惯和道德行为习惯。良好的学风主要表现在勤奋好学。
To manage the teaching staff should put morality education as a teacher in the first place, which is the profession morality as a teacher, the moral cognition and the behavior norms conditioned by the duties of a teacher. The educational activities in local teachers' colleges and universities include not only imparting knowledge to the students but also training students with a conscientious and active learning habits as well as moral behavior. Good style of learning lies in the learning with diligence, hardworking and innovation.
