摘要
以满足人乘舒适性基本要求的提升容器加速度和使提升钢丝绳产生较小动张力为出发点,设计驱动系统的激励加速度,是绳系设计中的反问题。基于提升钢绳为连续弹性体的条件下,建立了提升绳系的波动力学方程,应用有限差分法推出了由提升绳系响应计算驱动激励的反问题求解方法,并据此反演设计了驱动系统的激励加速度曲线。
The acceleration of hoisting cage satisfy the basic requirement of ride comfort with the minimum of the dynamic tensile force of hoisting ropes. Taking above-mentioned points as the aim, the design of prompting acceleration of driving system is a inverse problem in the design of rope system. Base on the condition that the hoisting rope is regarded as the continuous flexible rob, the rebound dynamics equations of hoisting rope system are founded. The method to solve the inverse problem of calculating driving prompting acceleration has been brought out from hoisting rope system response by use of the finite difference method. In addition, the prompting acceleration curve of driving system is designed out on the basis of the method.
