摘要
试验以河北省承德市鱼儿山牧场中国农业大学科技攻关实验站收获的老芒麦种子为材料,研究在不同温度条件下贮藏1~3年老芒麦种子活力的变化。结果表明,种子发芽率在低温条件下可以保持较高水平,但贮藏3年后种子老化发芽率急剧下降。低温贮藏条件下贮藏2年的老芒麦种子ATP含量和酸性磷酸酯酶活性均低于贮藏1年的种子,但贮藏1、2年的老芒麦种子ATP含量和酸性磷酸酯酶活性均高于常温贮藏的种子。种子浸出液含糖量和电导率值随老芒麦种子贮藏年限的增加呈现相反的变化规律。
The experiments were conducted at Yuershan Farm of Chengde city in Hebei province to study the changes of seed vigor of sibiricus wildrye stored for 1~3 years under different temperatures The results showed that germination rate of sibiricus wildrye seed stored at 5 ℃ was higher than seed with indoor temperature Aging germination rate of seed stored for 3 years dropped dramatically ATP content and acid phosphoesterase activity of sibiricus wildrye seed stored for 2 years were lower than those stored for 1 year at 5 ℃ ATP content and acid phosphoeserase activity of seed stored for 1 and 2 years under 5 ℃ were higher than those of seed with indoor temperature The changes of sugar content of seed leachate were opposite to those of conductivity with sibiricus wildrye seed storage time increasing
