在20世纪80年代,四川省凉山州遭受一种外来有害物种———紫茎泽兰的入侵。它具有极强的生命力及传播性,在短短20年时间里,侵占了凉山大片的草场、林地、农田,破坏了原有生态系统,给当地畜牧业、农业、林业带来很大危害,为此,作者对其进行了调查,并提出了综合治理措施。
