摘要
从农地塌陷收益损失、土地搬迁安置费、废弃物占用土地收益损失和土地复垦费的矿区土地成本及水的开发利用价值、污废水处理费和地面沉降经济损失的矿区水成本两方面,给出了矿区直接环境成本评估方法,且对某矿区直接环境成本进行了实际评估。
In this paper valuation method of the direct environment cost was given out, the both side of the land cost (the income to lose from the sink lands, the fee of settle and the income to lose for wastes the occupancy the land) and the water cost (the development of the water make use of value, dirty discard the water to handle the fee, the economic loss of decline) in mining area, and direct environment cost was valuated in the mining area.
