摘要
在制动器制动间隙手动调整臂的基础上,应用有限元优化设计技术,建立了调整机构控制零件的有限元优化设计模型。对结构和主要尺寸进行了以质量为目标函数的优化,在保证机构具有足够的强度和刚度的前提下,得到了能保证实现自动调整功能的合理的结构参数,为气制动器制动间隙自动调整臂的进一步开发、设计完善提供了参考。
Based on the manual adjusting lever of brake clearance,the finite element optimization model of control components of adjusting mechanism is created.The structure and main dimensions are optimized with mass as the objective function.The rational structural parameters that can assure to realize automatic adjusting function on the premise that the mechanism has enough strength and rigidity are obtained,which offer the reference for the farther development and im-provement of the automatic adjusting lever of air brake clearance.
