摘要
在对广西某电解锌厂的金属废水分析的基础上 ,采用铁氧体法对其产生的含铜、锌废水进行工程实际处理 ,运行结果表明 ,处理效果十分稳定。进水Cu2 +、Zn2 +浓度为 2 5mg/L ,1 2 0 0mg/L左右 ,pH为 2 .0 ,出水pH为 8.0左右 ,Cu2 +,Zn2 +浓度为 0 .1mg/L ,1 .0mg/L ,并对运行中的一些问题进行了讨论。
This paper describes the ferrite process for treating effluents from a zinc electrolysis plant in Guilin city. Based on the process, a treatment plant has been built with handling capacity of 120m 3/d. Treated effluent quality is well in compliance with the requirement of Class 1 as per IWDS: concentrations of Cu 2+, Zn 2+ lower than 0.1 mg/L and 1.0 mg/L respectively.
