摘要
世纪之交兴起的经济全球化 ,是由科技革命、市场经济、和平环境推动的 ,生产力得以加快发展 ,为各国提供了发展机遇。这次新一轮全球化 ,会自发地扩大贫富差距 ,凸现了不平等、不公正 ,加剧了社会矛盾 ,引起了反全球化政治运动以及冲突的多样化。全球化的两面性是对各国政府的挑战 。
The economic globalization rising at the turn of the century was promoted by sci-tech revolution, market economy and peaceful environment. With rapid development of production, it has provided all countries with opportunity for development. The new round of globalization will spontaneously enlarge the gap between the poor and rich, protrude the inequality and injustice, thus worsening social contradictions and bringing about the variations of anti-globalization political movement and clashes. The two-way feature of globalization is a challenge for the governments of all countries, and they are facing a kind of predicament.
