摘要
本文总结了党的十一届三中全会以前经济理论上的主要失误和经验教训,回顾了社会主义初级阶段理论的提出与发展,党的十一届三中全会以来从理论上弄清什么是社会主义和如何建设社会主义,并评析了我们正在实践的社会主义市场经济,对于认清当前重大经济理论问题有一定的指导意义。
The summarizes up the experiences and lesson in economic theory before third plenary session of the 11th party congress,reviews the put forward and development of the theory of socialist primary stage,the discussion on the nature of and the way how to build socialism since the third plenary session of the 11th party congress.The paper comments on the practice of socialist market economy,and it is instrumental in getting a clear understanding of the current important economic theoretic issues.
