摘要
本文在提出典型现象和回顾传统学说的前提下,从政府与产业部门良性互动的视角,审视了后进国家成功实施跨越发展战略的关键所在,并对其内在发生机制进行了解释。以此为逻辑基础,结合相关国家的经验,对我国现阶段的加速发展提出了必要的建议。
Under the prerequisite of listing typical phenomenon and reviewing the traditional theories,this paper expounds the crucial element for developing; countries to implement spanning strategy successfully from the perspective of well interaction between government and industry sector, and it also gives the explanation to its intrinsic operating mechanism. Taking that as its logical base and combining the experiences of relevant countries, we put some suggestions to the acceleration of development in China at the present stage.
