摘要
目的 观察天雄口服液对阳虚证模型小鼠的影响。方法 将 6 0只小鼠随机均分为正常组、阳虚模型组、男宝对照组及天雄口服液低、中、高剂量组 ,并进行疗效对比观察。结果 天雄口服液低、中、高剂量均可防止模型小鼠阳虚证候的出现 ,尤以中、高剂量组显著。与阳虚模型组比较 ,天雄口服液中、高剂量组小鼠 10min自主活动次数显著增加 (P <0 .0 1) ,与男宝胶囊组相似。结论 天雄口服液有一定的补肾壮阳功效。
Objective It is to study the effect of Tianxiong liquor on mouse model of Yang deficiency. Methods 60 mice were divided into normal group, Yang deficiency group, Nanbao group and Tianxiong liquor low, middle, high groups. The curative effect of six groups were observed and compared. Results The Yang deficiency syndromes of the mice in Tianxiong liquor low, middle and high groups, especial the high and the middle groups, were relieved. The mobility score in 10 min of the high and the middle groups significantly increased compared with Yang deficiency group ( P <0.01). The effect was similar to that of Nan Bao. Conclusion Tianxiong liquor has certain effects in tonifying the kidney and invigorating Yang.
