摘要
为探讨部分含氯复方消毒液存放稳定性的影响因素,用碘量法检测存放前、后其有效氯含量。结果,在54℃存放14 d,含有效氯≥57.0 g/L的产品,有效氯下降率≥55.61%,含有效氯15.0~15.2 g/L者下降率1.90%~14.51%(含有效氯均为15.0 g/L的2种产品,有效氯下降率分别为1.90%与14.51%),同种产品含有效氯30.6 g/L、15.2 g/L时的下降率分别为24.02%与3.12%;含有效氯57.0g/L的爱特福“84”消毒液,54℃存放7 d、37℃存放14 d、4~10℃存放730 d的有效氯下降率分别为30.65%、11.34%与8.12%。结果表明,有效氯含量较高者,一般稳定性较差;存放温度较高时稳定性较差;不同产品所用稳定剂的效果不同。
In order to study the factors influencing the storing stability of some chlorine-containing compound disinfectant solutions, their available chlorine contents before and after storing were measured with iodometric method. The results showed that after storing at 54℃ for 14 days, the available chlorine decrease rate of the products containing available chlorine≥57.0 g/ L was≥55.61%, that of the products containing available chlorine 15.0-15.2 g/ L was 1.90%-14.51% (the available chlorine decrease rates of 2 products containing available chlorine 15.0 g/ L were 1.90% and 14.51% respectively). The decrease rate of same kind of product containing available chlorine 30.6 g / L and 15.2 g/ L was 24.02% and 3.12% respectively. The available chlorine decrease rate of Ai-Te-Fu '84' disinfectant solution was 30.65%, 11.34% and 8.12% after storing at 54℃ for 7 days, 37℃ for 14 days and 4- 10℃ for 730 days respectively. The results indicate that the products with high available chlorine content are usually less stable, high storing temperature results in decreased stability and the efficacy of stabilizers is different in different products.
