摘要
本文检测102例正常人,104例白血病和61例非恶性疾病患者血清脂质结合唾液酸水平。结果表明,此试验有助于恶性肿瘤和非恶性疾病的鉴别诊断,其动态水平观察可有助于监测病情及疗效。
The levels of serum LSA from 102 normal individuals, 104 patients with leukemia and 61 patients with non-malignant diseases were determined. The results showed that LSA test was. conducive to the differiential diagnosis between malignant tumors and non-malignant diseases, and that dynamic observation of serum LSA levels was conducive to the monitoring of the diseases and effects of treatments.
