摘要
目的 为了解自体外周造血干细胞移植 (APBSCT)后 ,造血重建中血细胞变化规律。方法 对11例行APBSCT术后患者每天进行血常规检查 ,并进行分析。结果 APBSCT术后 ,外周血细胞MONO、NEU、WBC、PLT依次降低至最低点 ,而按照MONO、WBC、NEU、PLT依次恢复正常 ,特别是MONO最先降至最低点而在随后的恢复期又最先恢复正常。结论 APBSCT术后外周血细胞的动态变化 ,有利于病情的观察 ,并指导临床治疗。
Objective To realize the variation regularity of blood cell after autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation(APBSCT)in hematopoietic reconstitution. Methods Blood routine was examined and analyzed everyday in 11 APBSCT patients. Results After the APBSCT,MONO?NEU?WBC and PLT in peripheral blood cells fall off the lowest point successively, then according to MONO?WBC?NEU?PLT they seguently recovery normal. Especially MONO first fall off the lowest point, then to be recoveries normal in the recovery time. Conclusion After the APBSCT, the different charges of peripheral blood are helpful to the observation of disease and can direct the clinical treatment.
