摘要
目的 探讨“促肝细胞生长素”治疗肝炎后肝硬化的疗效。方法 72例肝炎后肝硬化患者随机分为两组。治疗组37例,采用威海赛洛金药业有限公司生产的“威佳促肝细胞生长素(pHGF)”加用护肝支持治疗;对照组35例,采用护肝支持治疗。结果 治疗组在降酶、退黄及临床疗效方面均优于对照组,两者有显著性差异。结论“促肝细胞生长素”治疗肝炎后肝硬化有明显疗效。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of 'pGHF' on treating hepatic cirrhosis after hepatitis. Methods A total of 72 patients were divided into 2 groups, 37 patients were treated with 'pHGF' plus supportive treatment for protection of liver and 35 patients were treated with only supportive treatment for protection of liver as control. Results Decrease icterus index and improved liver function were more prominent in the treatment group than that in the control group and the therapeutic effects were prominent. Conclusion 'pHGF' has an obvious curative effect on treating hepatic cirrhosis after hepatitis.
