摘要
本文应用离子交换高效液相色谱法对人血液中腺苷酸(ATP、ADP、AMP)含量进行了测定。结果表明,健康人血液中的ATP,ADP,AMP含量分别为0.577±0.027mmol/L,0.150±0.010mmol/L,0.037±0.002mmoi/L。回收率分别为92.38%,91.28%、96.22%。此外,本法与经典的酶法和荧光素酶法比较具有高速,灵敏,省时及操作简便等优点。为临床和基础研宄提供了有效的分析方法。
We determined the contents of adenine nucleotides (ATP, ADP, AMP)in human blood by high performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that the contents of ATP, ADP, AMP in healthy human blood were 0.577±0.027mmol/L, 0. 150±0.010mmol/L, 0.037±0.002mmol/L respectively. The rate of recovery were 92.38%, 91.28%, 95.22% respectively. In addtion, this method have characteristics of high performance, sensitive, save time. It provided a effective analytical method for clinical and basic study.
