摘要
手指“套式”皮瓣是我们自行设计并命名的一种皮瓣,用于修复手指及指端缺损性离断伤,能最大限度地保留伤指的长度并具有手术1次完成、疗程短,可保证皮瓣的成活、手指感觉正常、手指不见切口疤痕、外形美观、手术简便易行、利于推广应用等优点。适用于手指近节指骨中段以远的损伤。
For treating traumatic finger amputation peripheral to the proximal phalanx, we designed and successfully applied a kind of sleeve flap, which can provide the tissues necessary both to maintain length and to restore more perfect contour without visible incisional scar. This operation, though a simple one-stage operation, can guarantee the survival of the flap and the normal sensation of the finger.
