摘要
尺寸链计算是为了确定与整机精度有关的零部件尺寸公差、形位公差之间的关系.从工程实际出发,尺寸链中各组成环的零部件尺寸一般应服从各种分布的随机变量.当出现非正态分布时,用常规统计法难于求解.本文介绍的Mote-Carlo 法是利用计算机模拟生成各种分布规律的随机数并进行合成处理的一种方法,可解决较为广泛的尺寸链计算问题.
The calculation of the dimension-chain is used to determine the relation between tolerances of dimension and between tolerances of shape and place of parts concerns the accuracy of the whole machine.According to the project practice the dimension of coinponent ring of parts often obeys the differently arranged chance variable.But the usual statistical method can not deal with non-normal appearing dimension integrate problems.In order to meet the neede of the practical projeet this article mainly introduces the principle and ths method of using the Monte-Carlo method to solve dimension-chain problems. Monte-Carlo method is the method that is to simulate to produce differently arranged stochastic numbers and carry on synthetic treatment by electrical computers.This method can better solve the wider dimension chain problems in calculation.
