摘要
本文根据建筑施工企业生产受随机因素影响较多的特点,应用灰色系统理论,在企业的众多技术经济指标中,找出影响企业经济效益的主要指标。本文解决了两个问题:一、从宏观上建筑施工企业在生产技术和经营管理中,定量地抓住待解决的关键问题及其关联序;二、传统的分析方法工作量大,且用线性分析难以处理。同时,更重要的是所得结论有时会出现量化结果与定性分析结论不符的矛盾。本文中的关联度分析方法,简单易行,而且层次清楚。
Many stochastic factors influence on the production of the construction companies According to this point of view this paper finds out the main technical and economic indicators which influence on the economic benefits of a construction company in grey system thcory Two problems are solved in this paper, First, this paper suggests that the construction companies should grasp qualitatively the key problems to be solved and the relational grade from the macropoint of view in productive technology and business management. Second,this paper points out that there are often contradictions between the conclusion of quantitative analysis and the result of using the traditional method. The method of relational grade analysis introduced in this paper is clearly given and casier to use.
