摘要
目的:探讨Ⅱ类1分类错的病例采用上颌单颌拔牙模式矫治的适应证和疗效。方法:选择18例Ⅱ类1分类错患者,上颌拔除第一前磨牙或第二前磨牙,下颌不拔牙,采用方丝弓技术进行矫治,应用X线头影测量技术对其矫治前后的硬软组织的变化进行测量,分析其测量结果。结果:18例Ⅱ类1分类错患者,平均治疗时间20.3±3.8个月。矫治完成后均达到理想的侧貌外形,磨牙关系为Ⅱ类关系,尖牙为Ⅰ类关系,前牙覆牙合覆盖正常,尖窝关系良好。ANB角从5.55°减小到3.93°;Z角增加4.18°;上、下唇突度分别减小1.83mm和1.06mm。结论:上颌单颌拔牙模式适用于下唇突度小的伴轻度拥挤的轻度骨性和牙源性的安氏Ⅱ类1分类错牙合患者。
Objective : To investigate the indication and effects of orthodontics treatment used single maxillary extraction for Angle classⅡdivision 1 malocclusions.Methods: 18 patients with classⅡdivision 1 were extracted 2 upper first premolars or second premolars , and treated by edgewise technique.The hard and soft tissue profiles before and after teeth extraction were investigated with cephalometric analysis and the data were analysed by statistical methods. Results: The patients'profile was much improved; Molar relation is classⅡrelation,cuspid relation is classⅠrelation; Anterior overjet and overbite are normal;Good occlusal intercuspation is also achieved.The ANB angle was significantly changed from 5.55 degrees to 3.93 degrees;Z angle had increased by 4.18 degrees;The upper and lower lip retruded by 1.83 mm and 1.06mm.Conclusions:Single maxillary extraction orthodontics is suitable for class Ⅱdivision 1 patients with mild skeletal and dental protrusion.
