摘要
浙江经济快速发展是近年来学术界颇为关注的经济现象 ,本文认为市场化进程的领先是浙江经济快速发展的基本原因。浙江的市场化进程之所以领先 ,源于自然资源匮乏所带来的生存压力与反激励效应 ;国有经济薄弱所具有的低改革成本与高制度创新效率 ;较为浓厚的商品经济意识与工商业文化传统。市场化进程具有自发性、民间性、扩展性、整体性与差异性特点。市场化进程的领先 ,使浙江经济在国内市场的竞争中充分发挥制度创新的先发优势 ,在国际市场的竞争中能够充分发挥发展中国家的后发优势 ,正是利用市场化进程领先所带来的比较优势 ,促进了区域经济快速发展。
The rapid development of Z hejiang economy has been one of the most noticed economic phenomena in recent ye ars.In this article we contribute it to its marketlization leading position.This leading position resulted from its livi ng pressure and counter-promotion effect brought by the nature scarcity,low cost of state-owned enterprises' reformation ,high efficient innovation,strong commer cial consciousness and cultural heritage .Marketlization progress has the charact eristics of spontaneous,popularity,expan sion,entirety and variation.This leading position has made Zhejiang in the initi al advantageous position in the domestic market competition and potential positi on in the international market competiti on of developing countries.Therefore it utilizes this comparative advantage to s timulate the rapid development of local economy.
