摘要
在高温流动系统中,垂直放入多孔平板可增强辐射换热效应,提高能量的利用率。本文建立了这一对流辐射复合换热系统的理论模型;对不同情况进行了数值计算,并做了实验研究;分析了入口气流温度、风速、板数和板厚等因素的影响;从而确立了这一类问题的计算模型,精确地预测了实验结果。
In order to increase the efficiency of heat energy convection and radiation, a porous flat plate is vertically placed in the high-temperature flowing system. A theoretical model of this system, which combines convection and radiation, is established in this paper. Numerical and experimental studies are made in different cases. The influences of these factors are analyzed, such as the inlet flow temperature, the flow velocity, the thickness and numbers of the plates, etc., therefore a calculating model is set up, and experimental result can be predicted accurately.
