摘要
高校扩招 ,学生食堂就餐人数剧增 ,工作量增大 ,加之社会诸多环境因素的影响 ,食物中毒现象时有发生 ,严重影响了高校学生的学习和校园秩序。针对高校学生食堂面临的实际问题 。
Food poisoning incidents have taken place in colleges and unive rsities now a nd then. It is mainly due to the great amount of students dining in the insuffic ient college dining rooms and other social environmental elements. It has greatl y affected the students' study and campus order. As to these problems, this pape r puts forth the significance of safety management to dietetic hygiene at colleg e dining-rooms, and gives some improving measures to prevent food poisoning inc i dents and to ensure students against the injury of dietetic hygiene in colle ges and universities.
