摘要
本文对弹簧式输弹机构,根据其受载特点和工作要求,提出了动态强度优化设计的基本原则和方法.用斜率比较法解决了动应力特征线解法中遇到的不等网格划分问题.以宽容带的分层序列法和动静态结合的分组选优方法进行了机构的离散变量多目标优化设计.
In accordance with the loading and working conditions of the spring feeding mechanism, the basic principle and method of optimal design for dynamic strength of the mechanism are put forward in the paper.The characteristic slope comparison method is also suggested and used in the characteristics method of solution for dynamic stresses in the case of unequal number of grids in two serial feeding springs.The sequential optimization technique with feasible tolerance and the grouping optimiztion approach with static and dynamic objectives are applied for the optimal design of discrete multiobjectives of the mechanism.Numerical example indicates concretely that the basic principle and method of optimal design for dynamic strength of the mechanism are correct and feasible.
