摘要
采用浸渍法测定致倦库蚊幼虫的LC50。结果东山区、海珠区、芳村区、荔湾区、越秀区及天河区各采集点致倦库蚊幼虫LC50分别为0.0067ppm、0.0091ppm、0.0072ppm、0.0111ppm、0.0081ppm、0.0130ppm;与致倦库蚊敏感品系相比,对溴氰菊酯抗性比分别为13.1倍、17.8倍、14.1倍、21.8倍、15.9倍、25.5倍。表明广州市区致倦库蚊对溴氰菊酯杀虫剂产生了不同程度的抗药性。
The method of median-lethal concentration (LC50) was employed to study the deltamethrin-resistant level of Culex quinquefasciatus larvae from Guangzhou in 2000. The results showed that the values of LC50 of this mosquito larvae from six different administrative areas of Guangzhou are 0.0067ppm,0.0091ppm,0.0072ppm,0.0111ppm,0.0081ppm,and 0.0130ppm,and the resistant ratios(LC50 of the field strains/LC50 of the susceptible strains)are 13.1,17.8,14.1,21.8,15.9, and 25.5 fold,respectively.These data suggested that Cx. quinquefasciatusfrom Guangzhou have produced a different extent resistance to deltamethrin.
