摘要
系统地分析了闭式齿轮传动齿面发生金属疲劳点蚀和剥落的原因;点蚀和剥落的种类;影响点蚀和剥落的主要因素及如何提高齿面抗疲劳点蚀和剥落的措施。以期对齿轮设计和应用有所帮助。
This paper systematically analyzed the cause of metal fatigue pitting and spalling of gear surface in close gear_drien,the kind of pitting and spalling,the main factor affecting pitting and spalling.How to improve the ability to resist gear surface fatigue pitting and spealling has been suggested.This paper may give a help to gear design and application.
