摘要
对采用粉末冶金法制备的Cu/WC复合材料分别进行复压、轧制和热挤压、冷拔等处理 ,研究表明这些工艺均可不同程度地改善WC颗粒的分布 ,提高烧结体的密度、硬度和导电性 ,特别是拉伸断裂强度的增加尤为显著 .文中借助扫描电镜照片重点分析了不同工艺状态下拉伸断口的形貌和强度增加的原理 ,探讨了Cu/WC复合材料可能的断裂机理 .
In this work, the Cu/WC composite materials prepared by general metallurgy are treated with repression, rolling and cold isostatic pressing-sintering-hot extrusion-cold drawing separately. Our study has shown that these treatment techniques are effective to improving disparity of WC particles, increasing properties of Cu/WC material such as density, hardness and strength. At the same time, the fractographs in the different techniques are analyzed. Furthermore, mechanism of possible fracture and strength increase in Cu/WC composite materials are approached as well.
