摘要
目的 :总结老年人胆囊良性病变 386例行腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期的处理经验。方法 :为 386例 60岁以上的老年胆囊疾病患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术。术前除常规检查外 ,特别注意心、肺功能和血糖的检查 ;术中心电监护及监测血氧饱和度 ;术后侧重观察心肺功能和测定血糖。结果 :380例完成腹腔镜胆囊切除术 ,6例中转开腹 ,腹腔镜胆囊切除术后 2 4h均恢复胃肠功能 ,术后平均住院 4 .2d。结论
Objective:To summarize the dealings before and after operation of laparoscopic cholecystectomy (LC) in 386 cases.Methods:Three hundred and eighty-six patients over age 60 with benign cholecystopathy were performed LC. Before operation, they were examined the heart, lung disease and blood sugar concentration besides the routine examination; in the operation ,they were monitored the ECG and degree of blood oxygen saturation.After operation, they were observed the heart and lung function and blood sugar level.Results:Three hundred and eighty cases were performed LC with the gastrointestinal function recovered in 24 hours, the other 6 cases were changed to laparotomy. Conclusion: Rational and thorough dealings in the peri-operation period is very important for old patients to withstand LC.
