细胞外基质与神经干细胞的增殖、分化和迁移

摘要 细胞外基质可影响细胞的分化、增殖、黏附、形态发生和表型表达等生物学过程。神经干细胞具有位置特异性的分化潜能,其增殖、分化和迁移与细胞外基质有非常密切的关系。细胞外基质通过多种细胞因子、蛋白多糖和糖蛋白等调控神经干细胞的增殖、分化和迁移;同时,神经干细胞也可分泌相应的细胞外基质组分控制自身及其功能细胞的数量和定位。了解神经干细胞与细胞外基质的相互作用,对于掌握神经干细胞的增殖、分化和迁移具有重要意义。
