摘要
中国加入世界贸易组织后,对外开放进入了新的阶段,医院又处于“三医”为主要内容的医疗卫生制度改革。这一背景,强烈、深刻、全面影响着医院的发展入世契机引发出医院职工思想的新特点一竞争的压力性、思维的活跃性、利益的追求性针对新特点,医院党政领导应与时俱进,以变应变,探求医院思想政治工作新对策。
After China entered World Trade Organization, open - door policy enters a new stage, and hospitals are facing medical and health reform with' 3 medicals' as the main contents. This background affects the hospital development strongly, deeply and comprehensively. The turning point of entering WTO has induced new characteristics of ideology for hospital's staff- the pressure of competition, active thinking and persuasion of interests. Aiming at the new characteristics, the leaders of the party and administration of hospital should advance over the changing times, respond the changing situation with changing policies, explore new policies towards it and new ways of thinking to ideological and political activities in hospitals.
