摘要
以'血管性痴呆''针灸''头针''针刺''头项部'为关键词,通过对维普、万方、中国知网三大中文数据库中近10年针灸治疗血管性痴呆的中文文献进行检索,共检索出相关文献714篇,排除无效文献后,最终纳入研究的有效文献为35篇,对其所选经脉、穴位进行整理并进行频数统计分析。分析结果提示针灸治疗血管性痴呆头项部选穴主要归属的经脉为:督脉、胆经,使用频数大于5的穴位分别是:百会、神庭、四神聪、风池、水沟、本神、大椎及风府,高频选穴的主要特点为都为交会穴;临床治疗血管性痴呆患者时可着重选用这些穴位并配合督脉及胆经上其他高频率腧穴进行组方,以期提高治疗效果。
By taking'vascular dementia','acupuncture and moxibustion','acupuncture','neck and scalp acupoint'as key words,Chinese articles about acupuncture for vascular dementia in recent 10 years were searched in VIP databases,Wanfang database and CNKI.Totally 714 relative articles were retrieved.After the elimination of invalid articles,35 were included as valid articles.Frequency statistical method was used to analyze the possible rules among the meridians and acupuncture.It turns out that the most selected meridians were governor vessel,gallbladder meridian,the main acupionts with frequency of more than 3 times were Baihui(GV20),Shenting(GV24),Sishencong(EX-HN1),Fengchi(GB40),Shuigou(GV26),Benshen(GB13),Dazhui(GV14),Fengfu(GV16),Shuaigu(GB8)and Naohu(GV17).In order to obtain the better effect high frequency acupoint in governor vessel and gallbladder meridian can be chose when treat VD patients.
