摘要
月经病与肝关系密切,临床多以肝血亏虚、肝阴不足、气滞血瘀立论,治疗亦多从养肝血、滋肝阴、清肝热、疏肝气着手,鲜少注重肝气虚与月经生理、病理联系,亦少提及补肝气之法。然因肝气虚而致肝脏疏泄、藏血失司、生发不足,以致心、脾、肾功能异常,冲任失调,而引月经不调者,亦不少见。文章将从中医理论对'肝气虚'的概念进行阐释,基于'肝气虚'探究月经病病机,结合名老中医临床治验论述补益肝气对调经的重要性,为治疗月经病补充新的思路。
Menopathy is closely related to liver in TCM.The clinical syndrome differentiations mainly include the deficiency of liver-Yin or liver-blood,and the Qi stagnation and blood stasis,the therapies comprise nourishing the liver-Yin and liver-blood,clearing liver-heat and soothing the liver.While,the relationship between deficiency of liver-Qi and etiology and pathogenesis of monopathy are often underemphasized.The deficiency of liver-Qi leads to dysfunction of liver storing blood and regulating the smooth flow of Qi,insufficiency of liver which further causes disorders of heart,spleen,kidney and Chong-Ren meridian.This article aims on elucidating the concept of liver-Qi and discussing the etiology and pathogenesis of menopathy based on liver-Qi.
