摘要
以上海锅炉厂有限公司早期设计制造的 1 0 2 5t/h亚临界压力再热式UP型直流锅炉为研究对象 ,对常熟发电厂的 4台直流锅炉从 1 994年至 1 999年 6年时间中的受热面运行情况进行了详细的统计和分析 ,找出了导致直流锅炉受热面运行失效的主要原因 ,并提出了具体改进措施。
This paper presents the 1 025t/h inferior critical pressure reheat model UP once through boiler,carrying on detailed statistics and analysis to Changshu power plant 4 1 025t/h once through boiler heating surface running situation from 1994 to 1999 year, It has been found out the main reason that the face is run and loses efficiency of causing the direct current boiler to be heated, And has proposed that improves the measure.
