摘要
20世纪国际私法学挣脱冲突法的禁锢,在研究范围、基本理论及研究方法等方面取得了较大发展,国际私法学的性质也由“国内法”向“兼具国内法与国际法”方向发展。20世纪国际私法学的发展轨迹已清晰地昭示出,正日益走向成熟的国际私法学将在21世纪得到持续发展的趋势不可逆转。
In 20th century, Science of Private International Law broke loose the durance and has made great improvement from research score, foundation theory to research measures and so on. The nature of Science of Private International Law has changed from National to Between National and International. At same time, the author argues that the track of Private International Law of 20th century has told us clearly that the trend will not be reversed for Science of Private International Law maturing increasingly to develop continuously in 21st century.
